Requirements vary by deployment. Hosted keeps it simple — self-hosted gives you full control with a few more pieces to set up.
Slack Workspace + Bot Token
Elite tier only — Starter and Pro do not use Slack. Receives real-time lead notifications with approve / reject buttons.
Managed hosting is on the roadmap but not available today. All tiers ship as self-hosted Docker for now. When hosted goes live we will email buyers who opted in.

What is the difference between hosted and self-hosted?
Hosted plans run on ClearPoint-managed infrastructure with a portal for monitoring and management. Self-hosted plans give you a Docker package to deploy on your own servers with full data control. Note: hosted plans are coming soon.
What is included with a Premium Agent purchase?
Each tier includes the runtime configuration, deployment guidance, source coverage for that package, and onboarding support appropriate to the tier.
Will managed hosting be available?
Managed hosting is on our roadmap but not shipping yet. Every tier runs as a self-hosted Docker package today. When managed hosting becomes available we will announce an ETA and a migration path for existing self-hosted customers.
Can the agent be customized for our ICP or vertical?
Yes. Pro adds custom ICP configuration, and Elite is structured for broader customization such as vertical expansion, white-label delivery, and higher-touch rollout support.
